Drawn by architects specialized in bioclimatic design, Echohouse’s ‘inside out’ approach of construction is based around environmentally sound core products, materials and applications. By using an easily adaptable, duplicative design we can produce a home to suit most requirements.

Why do we feel that it is important for the environment to use local trades?
By using local artisans a proportion of the investment in the property stays within the local community.
This is also true by sourcing materials as locally as possible. Transport costs and impact on the environment is also reduced.

How concerned are we about the impact on the environment?
Very.  Every decision we make is based around its environmental impact from project managing, to plans,  construction and waste disposal .
