Paul FOULKES has a solid background in engineering. Starting with an apprenticeship he then specialized in aeronautical engineering, specifically avionics. Upon relocating to France a change of direction led to working in the building industry. Registering as an artisan in 1999 Paul has constantly strived to expand his knowledge base. With a long term interest in environmental issues he has set up with his wife, Jill the company Echohouse, specialising in project management and all aspects of eco building.
